This workshop is designed to introduce you to the core concepts of CAT and relational thinking and how it can be applied in various settings. The work shop is intended for people whOnline o are new to CAT or looking to develop their understanding, and is for anyone working within a helping profession. It will incorporate a mix of presentation, small group experiential exercises and discussion. All attendees will receive a digital information pack with key articles and information to support the flow of ideas on the day and onward reading.
